GQ magazine and Executive Producer Forest Whitaker will host a special Kassim screening and party at the Arclight Cinemas Los Angeles on January 29th, 2009 to raise money for aid organization Hope North.

The Devil’s Miner News

In 2006, The Devil’s Miner screened theatrically in 9 countries on 140 screens. The film was sold to 40 counties and aired on prestigious networks such as PBS, and ARTE

The German charity fund “A heart for children” donated one million Euros to help the children of Potosi after viewing the film. This is will create a six year program to be used to build schools and fund educational programs.
